Champions League finalist Andre Onana talks about his future amid Chelsea and Manchester United links.

Inter goalkeeper Andre Onana has left his future at the hands of the club amid interest from Premier League giants Chelsea and Manchester United.

The 26-year-old goalkeeper showed his brilliant qualities once again in the Nerrazurri's Champions League final defeat to Manchester City, stirring up questions about his future.

What Onana said

The Cameroonian was speaking after the game when he was asked about the reports linking him away from Inter.

He replied, saying his future would be determined by the club, suggesting he is open to leaving should Inter be looking to cash in but would be happy otherwise as he enjoys his stay at the club.

The former Ajax goalkeeper is said to be of interest to Chelsea, whose current goalkeeping choices of Kepa Arrizabalaga and Edouard Mendy are said to be unappealing to incoming manager Mauricio Pochettino.

The Red Devils have also been linked, with Onana's ball-playing ability believed to be needed for the type of football Erik ten Hag wants to implement at the club.

“I don’t know. The truth is that I’m happy here, but then at a certain level, you never know how it will go," he said, per Dailypost.

“I have no problems with Inter. I have an excellent relationship with them, and I’m at their disposal. I will do what they tell me.”
