The couple announced their relationship in 2021 via an Instagram story that showed the couple kissing.
Having notched seven goals in 48 appearances for Switzerland, Lehmann made the move to England in 2018, signing with West Ham.
During her three-year tenure with the club, she also had a brief loan spell at Everton in 2021 before ultimately transferring to Villa.
