Arsenal winger Bukayo Saka has clinched the March Player of the Month award, winning the first monthly award of his senior career.

The Arsenal winger won the award after contributing to four goals in four matches in March as the Gunners cruised to four wins in the month.

Saka wins award after sensational form

Saka had been one of Arsenal’s best players in the Premier League in the 2022/23 season, with amazing performances that have propelled Arsenal towards their first Premier League title since 2004.

The Arsenal winger became the first player in this Premier League season to reach double figures for goals and assists and leads the Gunners for goal contributions with 12 goals and 10 assists in the league.

Saka’s Player of the month win comes in tandem with his manager Mikel Arteta’s Manager of the Month award after a superb month for the club.

Saka beat his teammate Leandro Trossard, Mohamed Salah, Alexander Isak, Aston Villa's Tyroone Mings, and Brighton’s Alexis MacAllister to the March award, as the 21-year-old received a well-deserved first monthly award.
