Senegal dominates the best eleven with four players while Nigeria and two others have two players each in the AFCON U20.
African football governing body CAF has named its team tournament for the just concluded AFCON U20 in Egypt.
Champions Senegal expectedly dominate the best eleven team with four representatives while Nigeria U20 is represented by two players alongside the Gambia and Congo.
Senegal emerged champions following a routine 2-0 win over the gallant Young Scorpions of Gambia side in the final in Cairo.
The Flying Eagles are already back in Nigeria after their third-place finish in Egypt.
The two players flying Nigeria’s fly in the team of tournament are Flying Eagles fullbacks, Augustine Njoku and Solomon Agbalaka.
Right back, Njoku was a constant feature for the team until the semifinals when the Abia Warriors youngster lost his position.
For left-back, Agbalaka, it is no surprise to see him make the team of the tournament after two man-of-the-match performances for the Flying Eagles in Egypt.
