Edo Man Deontay Wilder says he will knock out his Nigerian brother Anthony Joshua in 3 rounds as he vibes to Burna Boy.

Deontay Wilder, an American professional boxer of Nigerian ancestry, has declared his intention to fight again as soon as possible.

After suffering back-to-back losses to English professional boxer Tyson Fury, the WBC heavyweight champion, Wilder recovered by devastatingly knocking out Robert Helenius in the first round in October.

When the WBC ordered the fight as the last eliminator for Fury's title, the guy from Alabama appeared ready to take on former Mexican heavyweight champion Andy Ruiz Jr. However, no concrete steps were taken to make it happen.

The focus of the heavyweight division's conversation has shifted to a hypothetical four-man tournament.

According to reports, Anthony Joshua, a British professional boxer of Nigerian heritage, will fight Wilder in that scenario.

After 6 months out, Wilder announces he will return to the ring shortly.

The IBF, IBO, WBA, and WBO heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk will then challenge Fury for the undisputed title, with both fights taking place on the same night.

Wilder vibes to Burna Boy

The chairman of Matchroom Sport in the United Kingdom, Edward John Hearn, said that the Middle East would want to see that happen in December.

Wilder was confident when questioned about fighting Joshua after years of rumors, in an interview with ES News.

Wilder gave the interview while listening to Nigerian singer, songwriter and record producer Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu known professionally as Burna Boy.

The Bronze Bomber, who claims to be from Edo State, suggests a fight with Joshua, who also has ancestors from Ogun State in Nigeria, while listening to Burna Boy.

The 37-year-old was sure of a short night at the office when asked for his forecast and was clear with his orders.

He said, “Let’s make it happen”

“3 rounds. I can deliver the knockout for Saudi. They haven’t had too much excitement, I will bless him real good.

"This fight is going to be real special, I got something special I’m going to put on the punch with this one.”

It has been rumored that Joshua has a big night planned and couldn't risk taking a fight in between.

After the victory against Jermaine Franklin, Joshua revealed that he wouldn't be back in action until December.

Later on, Hearn reaffirmed this, indicating that the former two-time champion will fight either Wilder or Fury at the end of the year, though he didn't fully rule out a fight in July in between.
