World and Olympic champion Faith Kipyegon produced the most remarkable performance ever seen in the women's 1500m at the Florence Diamond League, speeding to a new World Record of 3:49.11.

In her post-race interview with CITIUS MAG, with the reporter asking what message she has to all mothers, Kipyegon dedicated the record to all mothers, saying they should believe they can be stronger after childbirth.

"I dedicate this World Record to all mothers, knowing that everything is possible. I told them already that by going to maternity leave and coming back, you will be stronger than before."

Kipyegon's incredible comeback since becoming a mother

In 2018, Kipyegon took a break from the track due to childbirth. She made a significant comeback a year after and has been running faster.
