Usain Bolt and partner Kasi Bennett pull up for Dallas Wings vs Aces WNBA game to resounding ovation

Eight-time Olympic gold medallist Usain Bolt and his partner Kasi Bennett were present at the Dalas Wings vs Las Vegas Aces WNBA game as part of his retirement activities, familiarizing himself with other sports.

The Jamaican sprint icon and his partner sat at the front row as they watched the Aces plunge to victory on Sunday afternoon in Arlington, Texas.

Six members of the Las Vegas Aces (13-13) squad scored in double figures, helping head coach Becky Hammon secure her 100th WNBA victory with a 106-80 win over the Dallas Wings.

The match highlights saw Jackie Young led all scorers with 24 points and dished out 8 assists, Jewell Loyd came off the bench for 20 points, Kierstan Bell got her second career start and produced a career-high 19 points, A’ja Wilson had a double-double with 14 points and 10 boards to go with 7 assists, NaLyssa Smith added 11 points and 7 caroms and Chelsea Gray chipped in 10 points and passed out 8 dimes.

In addition, four Dallas players scored in double figures, led by Arike Ogunbowale’s 18.

After the game, Bolt met with the Las Vegas Aces squad and took pictures with them.

Famously known as one of the greatest athletes in history, Usain Bolt retired as an eight-time Olympic gold medallist, eleven-time world champion, and currently the 100m and 200m world record holder, making him the world's fastest man alive.

This year, Bolt has made appearances at various sporting and entertainment events. He attended the Roma Diamond League, where reigning women's Olympic 100m champion Julien Alfred met him for the first time.

Recently, he also released a song, teaming up with international recording artist Agent Sasco for the hit single, "Spend Time."
