Reigning world 400mH champion Femke Bol brilliantly extended her unbeaten record in the Diamond League with a convincing victory over veteran Dalilah Muhammad in Monaco.
The flying Dutch hurdler clocked a blistering world-leading time and meeting record of 51.95s to win the women's 400mH event, which extended her unbeaten streak in the Diamond League to 28 wins in her career.

Bol inspired a fast race for the rest of the field, finishing ahead of Rio 2016 Olympic champion Muhammad, who set a new masters World Record (WR) of 52.58s, while Paris 2024 silver medallist Anna Cockrell was third in a Season's Best (SB) of 52.91s.
Muhammad's time smashed the masters WR and broke the world age 35+ record of 52.91s she set just weeks ago at the Stockholm Diamond League. It is the American hurdling queen's fastest time since 2021, when she ran her PB and then WR of 51.58s.
Her consistency and impressive performances this season rate her highly as a potential medallist at the World Championships in Tokyo this summer.
Likewise, Bol consistently demonstrates her intention to defend her world title in Tokyo when facing WR holder Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone.
