Justin Herbert and Madison Beer DATING? LA Chargers QB and pop star break internet with romance rumours

Pop sensation Madison Beer and Los Angeles Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert have set the internet ablaze with romance speculation after being spotted together on the set of Beer’s upcoming music video in Los Angeles. 

Photos obtained by TMZ show Beer dressed in an ethereal white outfit complete with angel wings, while Herbert looked effortlessly casual in a blue sweater and baseball cap. 

The pair were seen chatting, smiling and even sharing introductions with members of the crew, prompting many to wonder if this was more than just a friendly visit.

Page Six reported the two later left together in Herbert’s car, further fuelling speculation that the 26-year-old Pro Bowl QB and the 25-year-old chart-topping singer may be the NFL’s newest power couple.

The images sparked a frenzy across social media, with fans both swooning and joking about the unexpected pairing. 

Some fans were quick to draw comparisons to the NFL’s most high-profile couple, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce, especially as Herbert and Kelce play in the same division.

Beer has reportedly liked several Chargers-related posts online, suggesting her interest may extend beyond casual friendship. 

While Justin Herbert has maintained a relatively private dating life, he was previously linked to sports reporter Taylor Bisciotti in 2021, although neither ever publicly confirmed the relationship.

For Madison Beer, the public spotlight on her relationships is nothing new. 

Her past has been a subject of intense media interest, including her two-year relationship with Vine star Jack Gilinsky, which ended in 2017. 

Following that, she had a brief but public fling with Brooklyn Beckham, the eldest son of David and Victoria Beckham.

 Beer was also in an on-again, off-again relationship with club promoter and DJ Zack Bia before her most recent romance with TikTok star Nick Austin, whom she was with from 2020 until their rumoured split earlier this year. 

In 2024, she was briefly linked to Juventus’ Turkish star Kenan Yildiz.

However, the rumours appeared to be fan fiction.

Beer told InStyle in an interview, she considers herself a "lover girl" who invests deeply in her relationships, stating, "I love people. I meet someone, I love them... you'll be with me forever until you hurt me."

With the NFL season just weeks away, this unexpected pairing has suddenly made Herbert’s personal life as talked about as his playbook.
