Osimhen leads as Super Eagles rally around Victor Boniface after successful surgery

Players of Nigeria’s national football team, the Super Eagles, have sent heartfelt messages of support to striker Victor Boniface following his recent surgery.

In a video compilation shared on social media, several Super Eagles stars took turns encouraging the forward, wishing him a smooth recovery, and assuring him of their belief in his ability to return stronger.

Victor Osimhen led the tributes, offering words of reassurance and confidence in Boniface’s resilience.

“I’m wishing you a quick recovery. Stay safe. I know you’ll come back stronger,” Osimhen said.

Samuel Chukwueze also sent an emotional message, emphasising faith in Boniface’s strength and determination.

“I wish you a quick recovery and a successful surgery. Come back quickly. I know you are stronger than this and I believe in you. Come back stronger,” Chukwueze stated.

Beyond physical recovery, several players highlighted the importance of mental strength during rehabilitation.

Fellow striker Akor Adams offered prayers and encouragement, saying, “At this tough moment, we are all with you. I wish you all the strength and God’s healing.”

The video concluded with a personal message from defender Bright Osayi-Samuel, who referenced a recent exchange between them.

“Hi Vic, I want to wish you a quick recovery. I heard the news and I know you’ll be back stronger. Thanks for the message also for yesterday. I saw it. I appreciate it. Thank you,” he said.
