‘While I Took Care of The Kids, She..’ - Bastian Schweinsteiger Warned About ‘Chaotic’ New Model Girlfriend
Bastian Schweinsteiger’s new romance with Silva Kapitanova has sparked headlines, but now the ex-husband of the Bulgarian model has come forward with alarming accusations—and a clear warning for the former German football star.
Markus Feragut, a well-known Mallorcan entrepreneur and former husband to Kapitanova, has broken his silence over what he describes as a "chaotic" and emotionally draining marriage.
According to Feragut, Kapitanova often left their home under the pretense of attending training sessions or dance classes, only to secretly meet other men.

“While I stayed home to care for our children, she had completely different priorities,” Feragut is reported to have told close friends.
Feragut hails from one of Mallorca’s most respected cultural families—his grandfather founded the prestigious Auditorium Mallorca, and today, Markus and his brother continue to organize prominent international events on the island.
But despite the family prestige, Feragut says his marriage to Kapitanova deteriorated rapidly. Before their split, Silva reportedly had a six-month relationship with Spanish dancer Carlos S., whom she met at a nightclub.
The End of “Model Couple” Schweinsteiger & Ivanovic
That relationship ended in controversy: Kapitanova accused Carlos of harassment and threats, while he responded with counter-claims of attempted extortion. The legal case was closed due to insufficient evidence.
Eventually, Kapitanova and Feragut divorced, with their sons remaining under Feragut’s care in Mallorca. Kapitanova later left Spain, stepping back into the spotlight only after being linked to Schweinsteiger.
The romance has also triggered real-world fallout. Schweinsteiger’s split from his wife, former tennis star Ana Ivanovic, has had professional consequences, including the termination of their long-term endorsement deal with German fashion brand Brax.
The couple had fronted the brand since 2020 and were considered perfect ambassadors due to their clean-cut, athletic image.
However, Brax has confirmed the contract—originally set to run until 2027—has been prematurely terminated, with all planned campaigns, including the fall-winter 2025 collection, now scrapped.
“Presenting themselves as a couple was key to us appealing to both women and men,” said Mark Freyberg, CEO at Brax.
“We wish the family strength during this personal time.”
Photos of Schweinsteiger and Kapitanova vacationing together in Greece have only further intensified public scrutiny.
Schweinsteiger has yet to officially confirm his divorce or his new relationship, but the optics are fueling speculation and criticism—especially in light of Kapitanova’s controversial past.
As her ex-husband continues to share his side of the story, many fans are questioning whether Schweinsteiger truly knows the full history of his new partner.
