Gvardiol, who arrived from RB Leipzig in a 100m deal, scored twice as City beat Fulham 4-0 on Saturday.

When asked about the defender’s form, Guardiola told BBC Radio: “The first goal… we signed the best winger on the planet!
"After Wolves, three days off, he was the only one who went to the training centre for his recovery.
“We make an incredible signing for many, many years to come.”
