Terem Moffi's goal not enough as Angers hold Nice

Super Eagles Terem Moffi was on target in France as OGC Nice and Angers shared the spoils in the Ligue 1.

Moffi opened the scoring at the Stade Raymond-Kopa before Ibrahima Naine equalised 11 minutes later.

The goal was the 16th of the season for 16th of the season for the 23-year-old in Ligue 1 and fifth for his new side Nice.

Former Leicester City goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel was one of the stars after he helped Nice extend their unbeaten run.

Despite conceding a goal, Schmeichel made five outstanding saves to help the visitors preserve their run in all competitions.

But it was Moffi's goal that prove valuable for Nice as they made it 14 matches unbeaten.

Nice stay eighth on the table with 45 points and will face defending champions PSG next.
