Ola Aina and Taiwo Awoniyi face managerial change after Nottingham Forest part ways with head coach
The Premier League managerial merry-go-round has claimed its latest victim, leaving Super Eagles Ola Aina and Taiwo Awoniyi in a state of transition.
Nottingham Forest have officially confirmed the departure of head coach Sean Dyche after just four months following a disappointing run of form that has left the club in relegation waters.
The decision came swiftly after a lacklustre goalless affair against struggling Wolves side featuring Nigerian striker Tolu Arokodare, leaving Forest 17th on the table.

That result stretched Forest’s winless streak to three matches, proving to be the final straw for the club’s hierarchy.

This change is a decisive moment for the Forest and their Nigerian stars, Aina and Awoniyi.
Aina, 29, the versatile fullback has been on a consistent run under Dyche since he returned from his long layoff. But he will now have to prove his worth to a new coach and tactical system.
For Awoniyi, the powerhouse forward, who has worked his way back to the pitch also after a bad injury, he faces a fresh challenge as he looks to adapt to a new attacking philosophy.
AS Forest begin the search for Dyche's replacement, the priority will be finding a capable hand who can maximise the talent in the squad and preserve their status as a Premier League side come end of the season.
