Super Eagles: Ola Aina extends with Nottingham Forest until 2028

Nigerian international Ola Aina has signed a new contract extension with the Nottingham Forest until the summer of 2028.

Aina, a versatile 28-year-old defender, joined Nottingham Forest from Serie A outfit Torino in the summer of 2023.

Since his arrival, he has become an integral part of the squad as they are set for an European campaign.

Known for his adaptability, Aina has showcased his ability to excel on both flanks of the defense.

The announcement has sparked excitement among fans, with many playfully referencing Aina’s viral post-match habit of drinking Ribena.

Speaking to the official website about the extension Aina said: “I’m over the moon, I can’t wait to continue this journey with the Club.

Aina who was out to end their campaign is expected to return to the pitch ahead of pre-season.
