Staunch Vipers fan Ykee Benda thrilled by latest signing Moses Waiswa

The Vipers SC faithful were hit with the shocking transfer and return of midfielder Moses Waiswa Ndhondhi after over five years away.

Following his release from KCCA FC less than a week back, Waiswa penned down a two-year employment contract with the Uganda Premier League champions.

The Venom fanbase was left in exhilaration, especially because Waiswa was joining from direct nemesis KCCA.

Celebrated musician and entrepreneur Wycliff Tugume was among the enlivened fans, praising Waiswa's intelligence on the ball.

"Oyo bwongo (he's intelligent)," said the Mpaka Records Chief Executive Officer.

It's noteworthy that Ykee Benda is a committed Vipers and Arsenal supporter. His football knowledge has many a time, left fans awe-struck.

Meanwhile, Waiswa left Vipers in the 2018/19 season to South Africa's Supersport United, where he spent three seasons.

He then returned to the country at KCCA FC, where he has spent the past one and a half seasons.

The 2018 FUFA Male Player of the Year played 31 league matches with KCCA, netting three goals.
