Son Heung-min: Tottenham should respect Harry Kane's decision
There are now no signs that the striker is willing to commit his future to his childhood club, which has allowed for a potential £100 million transfer.
Kane must be traded during the current season if Spurs owner Joe Lewis doesn't get him to sign a new contract, according to Mail Sport.
Levy faces pressure to give Kane permission to go before the deadline if the player declines to sign a contract that could be worth up to £400,000 a week.
Bayern Munich remain keen to sign Kane and are preparing a third bid but his teammate Son has said that the club should respect Harry Kane’s decision if he wants to leave this summer.
Son respond to Harry Kane’s transfer speculations
Son has responded to the speculations surrounding Harry Kane’s transfer to Bayern Munich in a recent interview.
As reported by Daily Mail, Son said, “Harry has been fantastic for me. He's always professional, always working hard. He's never shown any thoughts about himself.
“There's so much news going around it's also not easy for him, but he's captain at the moment and he's working with the team.
“He doesn't show any distraction. He loves being here. I love him as a player. I fully respect him.
“He's one of the best strikers in the world, has been for five, six, seven years in a row. The decision will be between the club and Harry and we have to respect it.
“I can't say anything about the final decision because I don't know anything. Probably Harry doesn't know. We just have to wait.'
With Kane's contract entering its final year, Bundesliga powerhouse Bayern will step up their efforts to sign him after designating him as a top target.
