Salah opens the door to Liverpool exit after Reds fail to make contract extension offer
Liverpool superstar Mohamed Salah has hinted at a potential exit from Anfield next summer after revealing that the club has not approached him with a new contract offer.
The Egyptian forward, whose current deal expires at the end of the season, expressed disappointment over the lack of progress on his future despite his vital contributions to the team's success.
Salah reveals Liverpool betrayal
Speaking after his match-winning brace against Southampton, Salah admitted that his future at Liverpool appears uncertain
“We're almost in December and I haven't received any offers yet to stay at the club,” Salah told reporters, adding, “I'm probably more out than in [next summer].
"I've been at the club for many years and there's no club like this but in the end, it isn't in my hands. As I said before, it is December and I've not received anything yet about my future.

Despite the unpleasant situation, Salah remains committed to the Liverpool cause, saying, "Of course yeah, [I'm disappointed] because I'm not going to retire soon.
“I'm just playing, focusing on the season and trying to win the Premier League and hopefully the Champions League too. I'm disappointed but we'll see."
Liverpool set to lose most prolific forward
Salah’s comments come as a surprise, given his instrumental role in Arne Slot’s Liverpool’s strong start to the season.
The forward has registered 10 goals and six assists in just 13 Premier League appearances, helping Liverpool open up an eight-point lead at the top of the table.
Without a contract extension in place, Salah will be free to discuss pre-contract agreements with other clubs as early as January.
Despite turning 33 at the end of the season, the forward has shown no signs of slowing down, with this campaign shaping up to be one of his best since joining Liverpool.
Salah’s future will undoubtedly attract interest from elite clubs worldwide, so Liverpool fans can only hope that the club makes a move to secure their talisman before the January window opens.
