Super Eagles striker Tolu Arokodare is poised to make an immediate impact at Wolves as he eyes a potential Premier League debut against Newcastle United.

The 24-year-old Nigerian forward, recently signed from Belgian side Genk for around £24 million (€27 million), has been highlighted among new strikers who could turn around their clubs’ slow starts this season.

Both Wolves and Newcastle United have yet to register a Premier League win in the current campaign, struggling to create scoring opportunities and failing to find the net in two of their three matches.

Pressure is mounting for new No. 9 signings, including Arokodare at Wolves, as well as Yoane Wissa and Nick Woltemade at Newcastle, to spark their teams’ attacking revival.
