Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has given a positive update on the fitness of talisman Mohamed Salah,

Mohamed Salah sustained a hamstring injury in mid-January during the Africa Cup of Nations.

The initial prognosis ruled him out until the end of February, putting his availability for Liverpool's Carabao Cup final against Chelsea in doubt.
But the 31-year-old has stepped up his recovery recently and will soon be welcomed back to Liverpool training.

Speaking ahead of Saturday's game against Burnley, Klopp revealed the timeline for Salah's recovery.

"We hope he can be part of parts of training next week, so we have to see, he's going through all paces," Klopp said of Salah.
"But look, it's positive. It's either next week or the week after, if you ask him it's next week."
