Manchester City have moved on fast after pulling out of a deal for Arsenal top target and West Ham captain Declan Rice.
Man City in for Celta's Veiga
Pep Guardiola has reportedly identified Celta Vigo's 21-year-old attacking midfielder Gabri Veiga who has a €40m release clause in his contract and has attracted serious interest from Chelsea and Liverpool.

City have completed the signing of Mateo Kovacic from Chelsea but are still on the market for another midfielder to replace Ilkay Gundogan who has joined Barcelona.
Veiga scored 11 goals and contributed four assists in 36 La Liga games last season, including two crucial strikes on the final day to guarantee Celta's safety.
