Delving deeper into the pillars of her balanced existence, Roccuzzo detailed to ELLE, the seamless integration of diet and recovery in their family ethos.

"My husband has to always be on a diet because of what he does," she explained, underscoring Messi's rigorous demands.

"We have to eat healthy. We don’t drink alcohol and we don’t smoke. We try to have everything organic." This disciplined approach extends beyond the plate, and has been instrumental is Messi's legendary ascension in football.

While Roccuzzo emphasized their healthy, alcohol-free lifestyle, the drink Messi is famously seen with is yerba mate, a non-alcoholic, caffeinated South American herbal tea.

Roccuzzo also spoke about the pivotal role Messi's endorsement plays in her professional leap. "I have my husband’s support, and that is very important," she said.

Yet, she admits the transition isn't seamless. "If I didn’t have that support, I don’t think I would be fully doing this. I’m very shy and this is very new." These words underscore Anto's vulnerability, a rare glimpse into the woman often seen only through Messi's lens.

Roccuzzo maintained that motherhood remains her anchor. "I try to be focused on my family. My kids are my number one priority. And now, I’m in a position to start doing things for myself. It’s hard to find your balance, as a mom, businesswoman, and someone trying to be at events. I was feeling very guilty about leaving my house and not being present with the kids. I went to New York for a few days and was feeling bad about it. But when I came back, everybody was perfect. Nobody died. I realized that I can do things more often."

However, even as a WAG (Wife and Girlfriend), she's carving out vital space for personal growth.

Her wellness arsenal includes daily sessions at a women-only gym, twice-weekly FitJam workouts with a Brazilian trainer, and unapologetic weightlifting. "Leave your phone off," she urged fellow mums, toggling "Do Not Disturb" on her Apple Watch to reclaim focus amid the chaos.

Messi and Antonela got married in June 2017, in a ceremony in their hometown of Rosario, Argentina. The couple are parents of three boys: Thiago (13), Mateo (10), and Ciro (7).

The Messi family currently reside in Miami, where their sons train at the Inter Miami's Youth Academy.
