Juventus planning surprise bid to hijack Manchester United flop Antony from Real Betis

The Brazilian struggled to impress at Manchester United since moving to England and needed a loan move to reshape his form.

He was sent on loan to Real Betis and immediately hit the ground running, leading the Spanish side to the final of the UEFA Conference League.

Juventus is reportedly plotting a surprise move for Manchester United winger Antony following his impressive loan spell at Betis, according to UOL Esporte, via Sportal.

The Brazilian forward spent the latter half of the 2024/2025 season with the Spanish side and his performances have caught the eye of the Serie A giants.

The Turin club is now considering a formal offer for the 25-year-old. During his time at Betis, Antony made 26 appearances, contributing 15 goals with 9 goals and 6 assists.

The Spanish club hasn't given up hope of retaining the Brazilian and plans to open talks with United soon in an attempt to negotiate another loan agreement for next season.

Betis is even prepared to increase its financial commitment to the deal, including covering a larger portion of Antony's wages.
