After a year away from the sport, the Jamaican track queen has been seen in training videos, though her future in elite athletics remains uncertain as she focuses on her personal life, including her upcoming wedding with fiance Noah Lyles.

Bromfield narrowly missed a spot in the women's 400m final in Paris, a result many thought would fuel a determined comeback. However, she has not competed in an official race since. Her only appearances on the track have been in brief training clips shared by Lyles, leading some to wonder if she had quietly retired.

Now, after a prolonged break, Bromfield has offered the strongest indication yet about her intentions. A recent training video showed her working alongside other athletes, including Alison dos Santos, Caleb Dean, and Leah Phillips.

While her rhythm appeared less fluid than her peers', she addressed it head-on in the caption, advising fellow athletes, "After the Olympics, you might feel like not working out for a year. Don’t do it."

Bromfield later clarified on her Instagram stories that the session was merely a light, casual workout with friends. This is not the first time she has been spotted training, as Lyles has previously posted clips of her on the track. Still, she has yet to make a definitive statement about a return to professional competition.
