Jeremy Doku: Man City's youngster sets Premier League records with Bournemouth masterclass

Manchester City youngster, Jeremy Doku, has achieved a remarkable feat after he smashed a Premier League record following his outstanding performance in the seven-goal thriller against Bournemouth. 

Doku was the star as he set two records to help Manchester City thrash the Cherries 6-1 in the Premier League on Saturday at the Etihad.

The 21-year-old shone like a million stars as the champions produced a dominant and one-sided affair at home. 

Doku scored one and assisted four of the six goals to finally announce his arrival in the league. The performance saw him set two fantastic records. 

He became the youngest player to contribute five goals in a single game in the Premier League, and he also became the youngest to assist four goals. 

Portuguese midfielder, Bernard Silva, twice benefited from Doku’s largesse, with Phil Foden, Manual Akanji, and Nathan Ake also on the scoresheet for the defending champions. 

The Belgian international’s future in the Premier League looks incredibly promising. His record-breaking performance has solidified his place as one of the rising stars in the division.
