‘I am upbeat they will do this’ - AFCON winner gives support to Super Eagles ahead of World Cup qualifier
Ahmed Musa was part of Jose Peseiro's squad that advanced to the AFCON 2023 final game before losing to Ivory Coast.
The forward did not play any games in the AFCON tournament and has also been left out by new head coach Finidi George for the upcoming World Cup qualifier games.
Despite his omission, he has given his support to the team and believes they can achieve maximum points against South Africa and Benin
