‘He's the one who brought Galatasaray to this point’ - Turkish pundit hails Osimhen for changing team's environment

As the Champions League group stage nears its conclusion, Galatasaray finds themselves in a strong position to advance. 

A victory in their upcoming match would guarantee a playoff spot, though other results could see them progress even with a draw or a loss.

While Osimhen has not scored in his last two European fixtures, he previously led the competition's scoring charts scoring six goals in his first three matches.

Kapsal asserts that both Galatasaray's European progress and their dominant league form are largely thanks to Osimhen's presence.

"Osimhen has officially become the 'palace' of Galatasaray; he's the one who brought Galatasaray to this point," Kapsal stated, as reported by habersarikirmizi.com. 

"I haven't seen another player recently who single-handedly changed a team's environment so much."

The commentator added, "Osimhen is the player who primarily enabled Galatasaray to become the leader and continue its journey in the Champions League."

Osimhen was on the scoresheet in Galatasaray's most recent match, sealing a 3-1 victory over Fatih Karagümrük.

The former African Footballer of the Year has been equally influential in domestic competition, netting seven goals in 13 appearances to help propel Galatasaray to the top of the Turkish Super Lig table.
