The 43-year-old Stamford Bridge legend shared a touching black-and-white photograph of Martina kissing him tenderly on the cheek, alongside a heartfelt caption on his Instagram Stories.

Cech wrote on Thursday, August 14: "Martina and myself are sad to announce that we are separating after 26 years together. We remain best friends and immensely proud of our two children."

As reported by Daily Mail, Adela currently plays as a defender for the Czech Republic’s Under-17 national team, while Damian has recently signed his first professional contract with Fulham as a goalkeeper.
