'He angrily cancelled his press conference' - Turkish pundit reveals Osimhen's frustration

Osimhen has been an important player for Galatasaray this season since joining on loan from Napoli.

The Super Eagles star led the Galatasaray team to winning the Turkish Cup and the League title.

However, despite his effort, he has had some difficult moments with some of the Turkish journalists in the league.

Karakullukçu has revealed Osimhen's frustration and the reason for his cancellation of his press conference.

He said, as reported by habersarikirmizi.com, "I learned that Osimhen was very angry the other day. There was a news report at noon saying he would announce his departure.

"He went ballistic when he saw it; they barely managed to restrain him. He was furious about the news. He angrily cancelled his press conference and remained very upset until training.

"He felt like he was being thrown to the wolves. The club tried to calm him down. Even Dursun Özbek left feeling very demoralized. He was upset that the Osimhen situation had reached this point."

Osimhen was Galatasaray's best player this season, having scored 37 goals in all competitions for the Turkish champions.
