Guardiola snubs Xavi, Iniesta, names 2 greatest passers in football history
Pep Guardiola has coached some of the best players in the game, including legendary names like Xabi Alonso, Xavi Hernandez, Andres Iniesta, and many more.
Speaking after Manchester City's comfortable 3-1 win over Bournemouth, the Manchester City boss opened up on his favourite passers, highlighting two players.
The first player; Kevin De Bruyne, is arguably City's greatest ever player, and Guardiola praised his ability to change a game, particularly his passing and vision.
Speaking at a press conference, the Spaniard ranked De Bruyne in his all-time list."One is Messi," said Guardiola.
"And the other two, let me think about it...OK, let me put Kevin second."

He continued: "Messi is the best I have ever seen because Messi has done it really, really close to the box, but Kevin is there. It's just the stats, the goals, the assists, that he provides to the team in the final third and the talent.
"That is unique, that is why he has been one of the best players this club has had in the whole history. These are big, big words because he has been a special player."
