The winner of the match will advance to face either Cameroon or DR Congo in the final playoff on November 16, with a spot in the intercontinental playoffs in March 2026 up for grabs.
The Super Eagles, led by coach Eric Chelle, have been assembling in Rabat, with 21 players currently in camp, including key players like Calvin Bassey, Alex Iwobi, Samuel Chukwueze, and Wilfred Ndidi.
The team is looking to bounce back from a disappointing qualification campaign and secure a spot in the 2026 World Cup.
The match is expected to be a fierce encounter, with Gabon boasting talented players like Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang. The Super Eagles will need to bring their A-game to secure a victory and keep their World Cup dreams alive.
