Edna Imade: Super Falcons star scores winner for Granada against Madrid

Super Falcons of Nigeria striker Edna Imade continued her hot streak in Spain.

Imade was in action for Granada in a Spanish Primera División de la Liga de Fútbol Femenino fixture on Saturday, December 14, 2024.

The Nigerian sensation led Granada to a 1-0 victory against Madrid CFF in a matchday 13 fixture.

The only goal of the game came in the 19th minute when Imade drilled the ball home from close range.

There were no goals in the second half, as Imade featured for 90 minutes.

It is the fourth straight league game IOmade would find the back of the net for Granada after her strikes against Badalona, Levante and Deportivo.

It was a massive win for Granada as Imade bagged her ninth league goal of the season and is now the second top scorer in the league behind Barcelona's Ewa Pajor.
