Curry erupts for 37 as Warriors defeat LeBron, Lakers to keep momentum going

Stephen Curry led the Golden State Warriors to a 123-116 win over the Los Angeles Lakers, scoring 37 points to outshine LeBron James' 33 points.

Brandin Podziemski added 28 points, including a career-high eight three-pointers, as the Warriors secured their fourth consecutive win and 20th in their last 24 games.

The Lakers, who won the first three meetings between the teams this season, were unable to mount a comeback after closing the gap to 105-100.

Austin Reaves contributed 31 points, including a career-high nine three-pointers, but it wasn't enough to prevent the Lakers from falling to fourth in the Western Conference.

The Warriors are now 19-2 since Jimmy Butler arrived from Miami on the trade deadline and are pushing for a top-four finish in the Western Conference.
