On Saturday, his 16-year-old son, Isago Silva, made his debut for Chelsea's Under-18 side, coming off the bench in a 3-1 win over Leicester City.

Sulaiman, a British-Nigerian coach, has been instrumental in nurturing young talent at Chelsea.
