Lookman, who enjoyed a stellar campaign last season, has attracted interest from several top European clubs. His performances in Serie A and on the continental stage have made him one of Atalanta’s most prized assets, but the player is now open to a fresh challenge.
Bayern, who are looking to reinforce their attack ahead of the 2025/26 season, see Lookman as a versatile option capable of operating across the front line.
Negotiations are ongoing, with Atalanta yet to give a final decision on the terms of the proposed deal.
If completed, the move would see Lookman join fellow Nigerian Victor Boniface in the Bundesliga spotlight.
