His manager, Eddie Hearn of Matchroom Boxing stated that Joshua aims to activate a rematch clause against Dubois.
The statement by Hearn has now gone viral on social media with fans calling on Joshua to stop boxing.
This is Joshua's fourth career loss and before Dubois, he was well beaten by Andy Ruiz and Oleksandr Usyk twice.
Boxing fans believe Joshua has done the best he can and is now past his best.
They urged the British boxer of Nigerian descent to quit the sport before he further ruins all he has achieved.
