Analyst already dreaming of Man City star assisting Osimhen at Galatasaray next season
Turkish football analyst Tayfun Bayindir can already envision Ederson directly assisting Victor Osimhen in scoring goals for Galatasaray next season.
While he is a goalkeeper, the Brazil international possesses incredible kicking power and has registered seven assists during his time at Manchester City, with six of them coming in the Premier League.
Ederson to Galatasaray?
As Pulse Sports reported, Galatasaray are making a move for Manchester City’s Ederson as their new goalkeeper following the completion of Victor Osimhen’s permanent transfer from Napoli.
Turkish expert Yakup Çınar, speaking on the Yeni Açık YouTube channel (via Habersarikirmizi), shared insights on the goalkeeper's move.
He explained that Ederson had already rejected a €25 million annual salary from the Gulf and that Galatasaray are confident they can land him on a salary under €10 million.
Bayindir’s dream
Aware of Ederson’s playmaking ability, Bayindir painted a vivid picture of the Brazil international assisting Osimhen from a kickoff.
“If Galatasaray acquires Ederson from Manchester City, they'll be getting the best goalkeeper to suit Okan Buruk's style,” he said per GsGazette.
“Ter Stegen and Sommer are different, but Okan Buruk really wants Ederson. He'll blindly deliver long balls, putting Osimhen in position with three or four passes. He'll even provide an assist. The only problem is his age. Despite being 31 or 32, he'll have four years left to play.”
