Aitana Bonmati sends Spain to Euro 2025 final against England

The Barcelona star stepped up when needed to help Spain remain on course for their first European Championship title.

The Spanish team also expressed gratitude to goalkeeper Cata Coll for her crucial saves.

She made an impressive double save against Klara Buehl and Carlotta Wamser just before the end of regular time, which led to Germany's heartbreaking elimination.

The Spaniards will take on England, the current European champions, this Sunday in Basel.

This match will be a rematch of the 2023 World Cup final, where La Roja emerged victorious with a score of 1-0 in Sydney.

They aim to be the first nation to simultaneously hold the world and European titles since Germany did so nearly 15 years ago.
