AC Milan close to agreement with Manchester United for Højlund after missing out on Nunez
Having secured the transfer of Benjamin Šeško, who is expected to officially become a Red Devil tomorrow, Manchester United seems willing to part with Højlund, who hasn't quite lived up to his hefty price tag.
Milan has been searching for a striker, with Dušan Vlahović and Darwin Núñez previously linked to the club. However, those deals failed to materialise, leaving Højlund as the current primary target.

According to TuttoMercatoWeb, via Sportal, negotiations are centered around a loan deal with an option to buy.
The Rossoneri will reportedly pay €5-6 million for the initial loan, with a €40 million fee next summer to make the move permanent.
Including potential bonuses, the total cost could reach €50 million. However, it's unclear whether the purchase option will be mandatory.
