Super Falcons of Nigeria star Asisat Oshoala has introduced the new Barcelona home kit for the 2023–24 season.
On Thursday, June 15 Spanish giants Barcelona announced the release of their new home jersey for the new season.
The new Barcelona home jersey was designed by the international sports brand Nike.

Along with a promotional video about the new jersey, there was a statement by Barcelona on social media.
The message said, "The new Barça kit for the 2023/24 season. We bring together a new generation of athletes, artists and shakers who are here to lead the way. Inspired by Barça's pioneers."

For the 2023–24 season, Barcelona is debuting a special uniform, the club's first to draw inspiration from the women's squad.
The emblem is placed into a diamond, adding an important feature to the traditional broad stripes in the team's primary colors of Blaugrana.
The diamond symbolizes the first women's team to ever play a football match at Spotify Camp Nou.

Along with the Nike emblem, the front of the shirt will include the logo of Spotify, the primary partner of both the men's and women's teams.
The new jersey includes a Barça badge like never before on a club kit, as it includes the symbolic diamond representing the first women’s supporters’ club from 1971.
The Blaugrana stripes on the kit take inspiration from this historic symbol, and the presentation campaign for the jersey has drawn on this pioneering spirit.

Super Falcons star Oshoala was among the players selected to help model the jersey for launch.
Other FC Barcelona players selected include Pedri, Gavi, Ronald Araujo, Robert Lewandowski, and Ansu Fati.
