Nigeria's UFC champion Israel Adesanya takes his parents to see the “Stylebender” premiere.

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) middleweight title holder Israel Adesanya premiered his documentary film “Stylebender” at Tribeca Festival,

The “Stylebender” documentary film had its world debut on Sunday, June 11, at the Tribeca Film Festival. 

The Nigerian-New Zealander broke the news of his  "Stylebender" documentary on Twitter.

Adesanya premieres his Stylebender documentary with parents

Adesanya's "Stylebender" documentary comes after he took back the middleweight championship from Brazilian Alexsandro Pereira in the second round of the main event of UFC 287, held at the Kaseya Center in Miami on April 8.

Adesanya put out a statement about the film that said, “This film will showcase sides of me never before seen. 

"I am a very private person with my personal life, so being vulnerable on here hits different. Can’t wait for you to see it xo”

Adesanya on Netflix 

Adesanya also recently expressed interest in streaming giant Netflix being the top bidder for his well-received documentary on Twitter.

He tweeted that he hopes Netflix will purchase the rights since he thinks it's a potent film that will motivate young men everywhere.

He wrote, "@netflix , please be the highest bidder for my documentary. Young men need to see this film."

Adesanya took to social media to celebrate with his parents and team at the premiere.

Along with the photos was a message that said, "Movie Majik 🎥🎞️✨ The Red Carpet @tribeca film festival.

"Who would have thought…I did! God did‼️ This film will be one for the ages…watch xo"

Adesanya is now expected to return to the octagon later this year in Australia to face the winner of the fight between Dricus Du Plessis and Robert Whittaker.
