Nigerian-American professional mixed martial artist Kamarudeen Usman took to social media to announce he is getting a degree from Harvard Business School.

The Nigerian Nightmare was not the only MMA star to get a degree from Harvard Business School.

Cameroonian-French professional mixed martial artist Francis Ngannou, known as the Predator, also posted photos announcing he was getting a degree from Harvard Business School.

Usman and Ngannou celebrate Harvard Business School degrees

Along with the photos, Usman posted a message to celebrate the degree that said, "One of the best decisions I’ve made in a while s/o to my friend @sarah_themaven and @anitaelberse I learned so much from this @harvardhbs #hbsbems2023."

While Usman posed with Professor Anita, Ngannou who recently moved from the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) to the Professional Fighting League (PFL), chose to carry her.

Along with the photos, Ngannou wrote, "Thank you Professor @anitaelberse for an amazing experience in BEMS @harvardhbs. I’ll never forget it 👨🏿‍🎓"

Usman and Ngannou Havard degree explained

Recently, Ngannou and Usman visited the Harvard Business School, where they took classes with a number of other famous people. 

Ngannou and Usman have enrolled in the prestigious Business of Entertainment, Media, and Sports program.

They joined athletes like Pakistani cricketers Mohammad Rizwan and Babar Azam, César Azpilicueta of Chelsea FC, Eniola Aluko, a former women's football player who is now a commentator, and others.

The athletes' efforts arell probably inspire the younger generation to combine athletics with education.

In addition to demonstrating their commitment to self-improvement, their participation in the course The Business of Entertainment, Media, and Sports (BEMS) has inspired other celebrities to get interested in MMA.
