West Ham star ties the knot after Europa Conference League triumph
The Hammers defeated Fiorentina 2-1 on Wednesday night to win the trophy in Prague, ending a 43-year trophy drought for the club.
The players celebrated their win with a top-of-the-bus parade and partied till Friday but that was not all to celebrate about.
West Ham star Pablo Fornals and his longtime girlfriend Tania Lara also sealed the celebration with their marriage ceremony with both celebrations going on at the same time.
Fornals wedding ceremony
West Ham midfielder Pablo Fornals made it official on Friday as he got married to Tania Lara.
According to reports from the Sun, Tania graced her special day with a lovely white dress, while Fornals dressed sharply in a blue suit.
After that, the couple sat down in a lovely courtyard to enjoy the momentous occasion with friends and family.
Few of his West Ham players were there for the ceremony as West Ham's Angelo Ogbonna took a picture from his seat next to Aaron Cresswell and Mark Noble.
The music for the reception was provided by drum beaters decked out in colourful blinking lights after the wedding.
Fornal announces his big day on Instagram
Fornals posted a brief statement on Instagram prior to the big day that alluded to his impending nuptials.
On his Instagram, Fornal wrote, "Best week of my life for sure. No worries my love, I'll be there."
West Ham’s sporting director Noble also made a reference to Fornals' wedding following West Ham's victory over Fiorentina.
He said, "We've got Pablo Fornals' wedding on Friday so there's not going to be much sleep in the next two days!"
After the final whistle in Prague, the West Ham team was captured celebrating their joyful win before continuing the celebration at Fornals' wedding.
