‘We will see in the end’ - Amorim opens up on Rashord’s future at Man United
The England international has struggled with his form, which has affected his playing time under Amorim.
Rashford has been linked with a move away from Old Trafford, with his future at the club yet to be sorted.
The 27-year-old has not played in United’s last 10 games and missed the 2-1 win against Rangers.
Amorim speaks on Rashford
Amorim is still uncertain about the outcome of the Rashford scenario with ten days till the January transfer window shuts.
According to Daily Mail, he said, “I don’t know, I really don’t know,’ he said. ‘Guys, it’s 10 days. We will see in the end of the window what happened. And then we will talk about that in the moment.”
Borussia Dortmund and Barcelona have been connected with signing Rashford on loan until the end of the season, but the players’ £315,000-a-week salary is proving to be a stumbling block in discussions.
As it stands, Rashford’s future is still in doubt and a possible destination is still unsure as the transfer window gets to a close.
