Bellingham rescues Real Madrid yet again

Bellingham continued his sensational start to life in Spain after scoring twice to secure a victory for Real Madrid over Barcelona in his first El Clasico since joining Los Blancos this summer.

The 20-year-old England international equalised for Real Madrid with a blinding effort from outside the penalty area before breaking Catalan hearts with a 92nd-minute winner to deliver three points to Los Blancos.

The record-Spanish league title winners found their way back to the top of LaLiga thanks to Bellingham’s intervention, and there is little doubt that they would not be at these heights without the English midfielder.

Bellingham has earned comparisons to Ronaldo after scoring eight goals in his first eight LaLiga matches, beating the Portuguese’s record of seven in his first eight games.
