Victor Osimhen played his 2024-25 season on loan at Turkish side Galatasaray, and he has led them to the domestic double by scoring some great goals.

Known for his lethal finishing and strong presence in the box, the Nigerian has the ability to get the ball into the net at all costs, but inside those goals, there are some beautiful and world-class finishes.

Turn and shoot vs Kasimpasa on September 28, 2024

Osimhen scored a brace in this game, opening his goal account in the 20th minute after he skilfully evaded his marker and calmly slotted the ball past the goalkeeper.

Just eight minutes later, Osimhen doubled the lead with a goal that would later be voted Super Lig’s Goal of the Week.

The Nigerian striker latched onto a long ball from Gabriel Sara; he controlled it adeptly with his thigh, swivelled despite close marking, and unleashed a powerful volley with his left foot that struck the underside of the crossbar before finding the net.

Bicycle kick goal vs Antalyaspor on October 19, 2024

Osimhen scored one of his best goals for Galatasaray in a 3-0 victory over Antalyaspor.

The former Napoli forward had just come back from injury and was introduced into the game in the second half with Cimbom 2-0 up.

He positioned himself expertly in the penalty area, and by the time the ball got to him, he executed a stunning bicycle kick that left the goalkeeper stunned.

Osimhen spoke about his long-held desire to score in such a fashion and dedicated the goal to Galatasaray's coach, Okan Buruk, who was celebrating his birthday that day.

Glancing header vs Samsunspor on November 10, 2024

Osimhen scored a brace in Galatasaray’s 3-2 victory over Samsunspor at RAMS Park in Istanbul.

He opened the scoring in the third minute, and that was the pick of the day. The lanky striker leapt to meet Lucas Torreira's cross, directing a powerful header into the top-right corner of the net.

Samsunspor equalised early in the second half, but Osimhen restored Galatasaray's lead in the 55th minute, benefiting from a goalkeeper error to head home his second.

Following the brace, the Nigerian striker became the first player since 2014-15 to either score or assist in each of his first six Super Lig games.

Chip vs Kayserispor on December 22, 2024

Osimhen scored a brace in Galatasaray's 5-1 triumph over Kayserispor on 22 December 2024, and the second goal was a masterclass in composure and technique.

The Super Eagles star set the tone for the win after opening the scoring with a penalty in the fourth minute of the game.

With the scoreline at 3-1, Osimhen received a precise pass from Yunus Akgun at the edge of the penalty area before executing a deft chip over the advancing goalkeeper, Onurcan Piri, to extend the lead to 4-1.

Volley vs AZ Alkmaar on February 20, 2025, in the Europa League

Galatasaray might have been dumped out of the Europa League by Dutch side AZ Alkmaar, but Osimhen made sure he left a mark on the night.

The striker produced a moment of individual brilliance after latching onto a pass from Lucas Torreira. He took the pass in his stride and showed his level of striking prowess, unleashing a curling shot into the top right corner of the net that left the AZ goalkeeper with no chance.

It was Osimhen's sixth in the Europa League campaign and his 20th across all competitions for Galatasaray that season, but it was not enough as Cimbom exited the UEL in the round of 16 with a 6-3 aggregate scoreline.
