Victor Osimhen: Mario Balotelli reacts to Super Eagles star jersey number choice at Galatasaray

Osimhen finalised his loan move to Galatasaray from Napoli after a long, dramatic summer transfer window.

The Super Eagles striker and the club management had a falling out following a turbulent summer transfer drama.  

However, he has been unveiled as a new Galatasaray striker and has been given a squad number for the season.

Victor Osimhen has been given the number 45 jersey by Galatasaray, which was worn by Balotelli at the club.

Mario Balotelli, an Italian striker, seemed happy that Victor Osimhen, who joined Galatasaray on loan from Napoli, has chosen to wear the number 45.

According to Football-Italia, the former Italian player took to his social media to react to Osimhen’s move and his new jersey number.

Balotelli responded to the Instagram photo of Osimhen wearing his new shirt with a fire emoji, indicating that he liked it.

Throughout his career, the 34-year-old striker played for several teams, including Inter, Liverpool, Manchester City, Milan, Brescia, Monza, and Adana Demirspor, where he most recently ended his playing career.

Meanwhile, Victor Osimhen has returned to Nigeria ahead of the Super Eagles clash with Benin Republic and Rwanda.

The forward was seen entering the Super Eagles camp ahead of their training session and greeting his teammates.
