Unplayable Osimhen fires Galatasaray to sixth consecutive win

Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen hit his seventh and eighth goals of the season to lead Galatasaray to a convincing win over Samsunspor in the Turkish Super Lig.

Despite the absence of their other star forward Mauro Icardi through injury, Galatasaray were rampant in front of goal, earning a 3-2 win over Samsunspor to make it 10 wins from 11 games.

Osimhen hit a goal in each half, either side of an Olivier Ntcham penalty to complete his brace, dedicating one of his goals to the injured Icardi.

Substitute Michy Batshuayi scored what turned out to be the winner for Galatasaray with a late strike, staving off pressure from the visitors who tested the home side with a late goal by Youasef Ait Bennaser.
