Ilkay Gundogan, Declan Rice and Mason Mount have become the major targets for Arsenal in the coming summer transfer window.

Following their disappointing 2022-23 campaign, Arsenal have listed four players plying their trade in the Premier League to boost their squad.

The Gunners dream of lifting a Premier League title after 19 years collapsed towards the end of the season as Man City retain the championship for a sixth time.

It is now time for Mikel ARteta to bolster his squad in the summer ahead of the coming season as Arsenal are looking to aim higher in their ambition.

Here are 4 players Arsenal would love to sign in the summer

1. Ilkay Gundogan

It now an open secret that Arsenal are going after Man City captain Ilkay Gundogan should Granit Xhaka leave the Emirates in the summer.

The Germany international’s contract at the Etihad ends in the summer and the 32-year-old seems to be interested in taking up a new challenge after his illustrious spell at the Etihad.

2. Declan Rice

The West Ham midfielder potentially scored his last goal for the club in the past weekend against Leeds with several reports linking him to London clubs including Chelsea and Arsenal.

The Gunners are understood to have keen interest in the England international who has been consistent since breaking into the Hammers first team.

3. Mason Mount

The Chelsea midfielder seems to be going out of favour with the club that brought the best out of him in the last few years.

Mount is yet to sign a new deal that will expire in 2024 and potential suitors including Arsenal are interested in landing the 24-year-old at the Emirates.

4. Joao Cancelo

The Portuguese defender face uncertainties with Pepe Guardiola when he returns from his loan spell with Bayern Munich.

The German club are unwilling to pay his £70m release clause which could see him join north London club Arsenal on a possible loan deal.
