Tottenham Hotspur have signaled their serious intent by submitting a formal offer to Crystal Palace for the talented attacking midfielder, Eberechi Eze.
The Englishman's highlight with the Eagles was undoubtedly their FA Cup triumph, where he netted the winning goal in the final against Manchester City.
Tottenham make Eze bid
According to Football Insider, via Sportal, the London club's bid is in the region of €55 million.
However, the 26-year-old England international's release clause stands at €80 million, giving Palace leverage to demand a higher fee.
Spurs are yet to get a response on their bid for Eze, but are confident they can negotiate a deal for the England International.
Eze made 43 appearances for Crystal Palace last season, scoring 14 goals and providing 11 assists.
